Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. 

All returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of a Feranmi Fashion gift card.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, handbags, and beauty products are final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Pre-Order items are not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges. 

Returns are eligible for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a refund store credit. Please email feranmifashion@gmail.com for assistance.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

The return inquiry process is as followed:

1. Take a photo of the product you want to return

2. Send photo, order #, and reason for return to feranmifashion@gmail.com. 

3. If eligible for a return, you will receive a mailing address to send your product. Please email the tracking number of the shipment to feranmifashion@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a gift card will be issued sent to you via email, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot stop the order and refund the amount back.

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Feranmi Fashion reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges.
